Once a consultation is booked, it cannot be canceled. However, you may request a time change only once, at least 4 hours before the scheduled consultation. If the request is made after that time, it will be considered fulfilled, and PlanetsNHouses reserves the right to approve or deny the change without any refund. Please note that Skype or video consultations may not always be available. In such cases, a phone consultation will be provided, and no refunds will be offered.
For international consultations, the customer is required to call the provided number. We do not make international calls to conduct consultations.
During Horoscope consultations, only one chart will be discussed, and the maximum consultation duration is 30 minutes. You are allowed up to 3 questions, provided they are relevant and related to the consultation.
Charts for children under 12 years of age will only be analyzed under special circumstances or medical emergencies.
We do not provide audio or video recordings of the consultation, nor do we offer written notes. However, customers may record or take notes of the essential points from the consultation without prior permission.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Faridabad only.
